The key function of ICT is to set up the ICT office within the Commission and also advice the Commission on the current trends and best practices within the ICT industry. It has developed an ICT Policy document, created a webbased complaints portal, redesigned the Commission's new website. Some of the other functions of the office are:-

• Provision of hardware and software;
• Maintain server functions;
• Data management services;
• Technical Support Services;
• Website design and development.
